About the event
Join me for my "Release for YOUR NEW Clarity Workshop. " This workshop was created to prepare you to intentionally transition into the upcoming year.
Also, "Kenea" from Namaste with Nea, will guide us through a mindful yoga session to ensure we bring balance and alignment to our body, mind, and spirit. This event is for everyone, male and female.
What to expect:
• some one-on-one time with you, your body and your mat.
• networking with some amazing individuals with like minds
• lots of love and positive energy
